He feels there is a strong need for simple educational tools that children can play with, like in a "training wheels mode", anchored to their real contexts of learning: home and school. He sees software development as an extraordinary mix of engineering, art, science, and craft. He is a co-founder of Tecla Colorida.

Ana is the designer and front-end developer at Tecla Colorida. She holds a MA in Communication Design — with a dissertation on usability and accesibility in webdesign — and she taught webdesign courses at the school of Fine Arts of the University of Porto. She thinks every designer should learn how to code

Gonçalo Silva
Gonçalo is a Ruby on Rails developer at Tecla Colorida, where he is working on schoooools.com. He has an MSc on computer science and participated in the Ruby Summer of Code 2010. He loves and contributes to many open-source projects, being a fan of Linux, Ruby and Android. He likes to call himself a hacker, but that’s just an excuse for being in front of the computer all the time.

Francisco Soares
Born on 09-02-1967, father of 3 girls is the Executive Manager from Tecla Colorida, Dueto Group.
Has a Post-Graduation in Business Management at UCP, a MSC in Mechanical Engineering, Integrated Production by Computer and a Degree in Mechanical Engineering at IST. His knowledge arise from different challenges he experienced in the last few years has General Manager, COO, (both in Mozambique), Commercial and Certification Director, Technical Director, Mechanical Navy Engineer and Researcher.

Luís is a software engineer helping us to improve schoooools.com. He is passionate about learning new things with special interest in software architecture. His free time is devoted to sports, his friends, and of course music. He also loves to eat the cakes and cookies that Patrícia makes.

Martina is a part of our software development team, with a master in information and software engineering interested in field of agile software development. She came all the way from Croatia because she loves our project. Passionate about movies, arts, music and cooking but also Portuguese language and culture.
